- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the spicy Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer 3 lasagna noodles on top.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, followed by half of the sausage and kale mixture. Add a layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the last 3 noodles, remaining marinara sauce, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your delicious one-pan lasagna!
